Real climate data from weather stations and remote sensing instruments are examined, as are climate projections from modern climate models. Includes an overview of climate change impacts and the inherent environmental injustice therein. The history of climate change policy and mitigation will also be considered, especially efforts through the UN. Three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory weekly. Prerequisite(s): 1 100-level ESCI (or GEOL) course or permission of instructor. [MNS, SJ]
