THTD 31000 DIGITAL MEDIA DESIGN FOR PERFORMING ARTS This course will introduce digital media design and technology across a variety of performing art genres and how projection and sound design and technology, and artistic collaboration work together in the theatrical media design workflow. The series of projects will develop basic knowledge and abilities with multimedia design, digital hardware and software and operating systems and explore how the visual and audio design will support the concept of performing art productions. We highly recommend taking THTD 10200 Foundations of Theatrical Design course before or at the same semester as this course, but not required.
