CHIN 20100. INTERMEDIATE CHINESE LEVEL I A continuation of beginning Chinese, with more emphasis on vocabulary-building (over 400 characters and compounds) and reading comprehension. Students are expected to memorize short skits and to write short character essays regularly to express their thoughts.
