PSYC 29918. COGNITIVE PSYCHOLOGY This course explores how the mind works by investigating the mental processes of perception, attention, short-term memory, long-term memory, language, problem-solving, and decision-making. Students will review predominant theories of cognition and learn how psychologists use experimentation to uncover the hidden mechanisms of these complex mental processes. Prerequisite: PSYC 10000.
